something I haven't noticed but can players still be cup tied in fmm 17 because I want to buy dybala in January to help me in my champions league Champaign  but not sure if he will be able to play. he has played 3 games for Juventus in the champions league already.

I don't think the game knows as I signed Bellerin in a January window and he randomly couldn't play the first CL game for me (suspended maybe) but was fine after that.
