Help Youth player stamina issues

So I have a major dilemma in my save currently that's really putting me off playing it. I'm a big fan of raising youth in my saves and when I heard about the new youth player promotion update I immediately bought the trains facilities add-on to make my Salford save that little bit more interesting. I managed to get some 5 star potential youth players as soon as I got to League 2, and managed to get a couple more as time has gone on. However a couple of seasons later and whilst my players have grown well in some aspects their Stamina hasn't grown at all.

In fact it's only gotten worse. I've tried absolutely everything I know and I'm still yet to see any improvement. I hired a fitness coach and trained him up to gold standard, I've made their own training programmes to focus on fitness, I've tried building them up slower by only giving them sub appearances. I'm not sure what to do now. It's so frustrating because I want to build a team around Baker and Cullen (pictures below) but they're not able to last a full game unless I'm willing to drop them for the next, which I can't because I don't have the squad depth to compete if they're constantly dropped. I feel like constantly being subbed off or being dropped for rest is affecting their form, they were unbelievable in League 1 however they've really struggled in the Championship. Any ideas as to what I can do?

It should be noted that this hasn't affected every youngster at my club - I have another 4 with high potential who have absolutely no issues and if anything have seen their Stamina rise doing the exact same thing I do with these guys (training & playing wise).

What are your facilities? It does seem a bit much but if it is only a small portion I think the fact they are young (6 isn't terrible when young, you don't expect them to be able to cope with games consistently and this attribute grows quick), you don't have good facilitates and maybe a low reputation can contribute to this.

I maxed the facilities using the add-on. I have 4 coaches (including a gold fitness coach), 3 scouts & 3 physios (2 preventative). Just cannot understand why their stamina (particular Baker - his has dropped by 4 over 3 seasons now) would drop rather than stagnate.

Have they suffered any injuries?  What are these players' star ratings?  Some players suck too much to grow stats.  Also, you should be patient with them.  They're young so put them on a fitness regime and just let them be for a while.

0 injuries & all except Stannard are 5 star potential. I'll keep them on their specialised training regime for now.

I've occasionally had this issue. It's odd because youth players' stamina is either okay (8+), or abysmal (1-3). There's no middle ground. These players came straight out of the academy like this, no injuries.

It's particularly frustrating as I've found it to be most common in the better players of each batch.

I even reloaded my youth intake once :O
