advanced playmaker on General

inside forward and the striker on attacking

That's a high line to play... interesting that it's working so well.  I'm increasingly becoming convinced that this year's engine is much more efficient when you overwhelm the other team with your attackers rather than play any semblance of a balanced formation.

I haven't been able to play in about a week but when I do, I have plans to try a very radical formation(s) in my long-term save with El Ejido since I'm in no danger of relegation!

Interesting tactic and training. I have made a short test with city and ended up with lots of injuries but great results.

I have top of the art facilities and gold badges on all my coaches and physios, but it doesn't seem to make any difference. Is it just bad luck or should I go with the intensive programs instead?

How do you play so far up the pitch? My back 4 and midfield are to high up the pitch and forward needs to come back!

How can I move them into the right part of the pitch????

You have it positioned correctly.  The OP's screenshots are taken on a smaller screen device than yours so the tactics field looks squished by comparison.

Oh right! I thought it's all to do with zones on the pitch and weather it's attacking or defence or something.

Thanx!

At first it will cost some injuries coz your fitness of your players are not good but after a short time there fitness will change and you will have a very fit players ;)

With the training you've put only a small number of player rolls in certain training groups, what about the rest?

Also what about the fitness schedule, how would you change that?

Rami i must say im impressed so far.

this tactic dosnt allow too many late equliseres!

question - 1. does your left if score more than the right?

2. Howcome you train your cbs with so much fitness :)?

3. Besides buying higher quality how can i get more goals - i draw too many and it cost the Championship

Hello andersj

the front three will score alot of goal but they must have above 15 in Decision, Movement, Dribbling, Shooting, Creativity  and Technique

I Focus on fitness for the back four because i need them fast and strong on the offside trap

this tactic will give you control of the game rarely you will lose but not alote of goals you will not score 5 or 6 or 7 in one game i am searching to improve that area

good luck

Impressive job Rami!?

I have used this tactic for half A season with Southampton. Second season. And it went very good. Didn't win every match... but close!?

In the first half i used another tactic, that why a few draws and loses.

won the league cup, the League, CL and lost the FA cup final againts Man U on penaltys.

I have used your training schedules and found them to be very effective and found a lot of improvements in my players.I only started using them at christmas time and being involved in all competitions(including the champions league)it seemed to keep them very fit with very little injuries although I play with a 4-2-3-1 system. I also use the same tactics as yourself and was actually the highest goalscorers in the premiership with Charlton.

I think my 'couches' are pretty good. I got them from DFS in the sale ;)  hehe.

Looks good! Will have to give this a try and see how it works for a lower league team

The teaming regimes are very good, but on my Man Utd save Luke shaw is unhappy any ideas to clear his unhappiness? @Rami

The tactic works very well, one of the best on here that I've used.

it is worked well on epl with aston villa, but doesn't work on la liga with barcelona

I'm actually very glad to hear that as it makes perfect sense. It's a very "physical" type of play with pressing on etc.. not exactly what the Barca team is known for. Their players favor the more possession and passing-based sort of play.
