There are a lot young players, famous or infamous.

I prefer to try real players, and not go for regen of superstar.

When I'm starting I normally don't have a huge budget (I don't start with the big clubs), so developing young players is the way to go.

Once I've built things up to having a lot of money, then I'll buy the best in the world, but I'll still have some promising youngsters in the squad. Ideally I'd have one superstar and one or two promising youngsters for each position. 

As for the regen thing, I don't search out regens (I'm not sure how to even know for sure that they are a regen to be honest), but I do search every promising youngster I can find (especially in places like Brazil and Argentina). I'm sure I'll catch regens in that net and that doesn't worry me at all.

It's very open to misinterpretation I agree, it's just a case of very poor wording I'm sure.
