Ok i'll try .

First of all I made an experiment. Here is the results. First match I played with Napoli at my home. 

I was played like this and make my result. But after that I played with Roma.

This was Roma's formation and instructions.

 

And I played like this formation.

After this score I tweak my tactic like this:

And the result was like this. I just wonder what mistake did I do? Please help about this. @Nick11 @Dec @PriZe

Euhm so you played as both teams against eachother? Isn't exactly clear to me which team you where.

After tweaking you made a few mistake

1) your CM infront of their BBM and Your CM is infront of their BWM .so you're totally marked, there is no way for your players can make mass .

2) you left their CM unmarked.

3) you set your passing to center, which made it even more worse coz ur players will tend to make pass through center. As your are marked in midfield by opponent  your attacker are now completely isolated.

I was Catanzaro and I played with Napoli at home and played with Roma at away. @PriZe

This is my team's abilities. I hope it will be helpful to solve this situation together. My players young I know but they are good and they have good potential abilities. Because lots of them are regens I think.

Well to be honest i tried 3-4 games against roma(away) but i couldn't find any suitable formation to break their 5-3-2 .

So i had to things other way . I played against them 5-3-2 with same role they play. I did it to find out how they will break this formation.... and just after 10 minutes they switched to Christmas formation and then i lost the game (didn't tweaked in that game).

 Restart - i used Christmas formation & yeah they struggleed . Later they also switched to Christmas formation but only managed a draw with injury time goal. 

This is how to play against them . Remember they will tweak their players role but they won't change their position (They switched to Christmas formation from 5-3-2 )

So keep checking their player role .

 

Team instruction - use Balanced instead Attack & leave rest as it is . Use AP instead of IF but u can tweak Central Midfielders role . Keep  AP-AP combination behind Striker .

@Nick11 @DecCan you make a guide on counter for each position role. LIKE If n opponent have BBM and BWM along with a CM in midfield ... then counter for each of those roles....  explaining how they will counter them... it would be a perfect guide I think. Thanks.
