Help Teams In The Game

How do I find out exactly what teams are in the game, is there a database of some kind that shows the teams in the game or could I use the .dat files for lists of teams

Just that I have come across teams I can't find in the game I.E. Wrockwardine Wood who seem to loan different players and teams in my players history section I.E. Durham City, Jarrow Boldon Roofing CA.

It gave me an idea for a changes.txt file I want to create, as I fancy trying my hand at editing once again for the first time in a while
