Help Retraining A Player To New Position

1) Is it possible to retrain a player to new position ? If yes then how much time it would take to fully retrain him ??

2) Do i have to  play that player in the position which he is training for ?? Like if i want to train a player LB position ... i have to  play him as my LB or i can play him anywhere.

3) upto what extent versatility & Determination (HIDDEN ATTRIBUTES) effects the retraining ??

1. It ispossibile and how long depends on the player.

2. I don't really know, haven't tested it yet

3. I know versatility has an effect, not sure about determination
