What criteria to get monthly manager award?my team was top of the league get highest goal then other teams also unbeaten but i only manage win it once.

There will be another update to address this...Apparently MOTY is NOT fixed by 8.1...Got this response from the developers after my Lecce won the league by 22points...Serie C Cup n Serie C Super cup...But MOTY went to manager in 6th place...Was so pissed off by it.
