Help Reserve Team Fines

Not sure if anyone else has come across this one but I have started a new save as Ajax and my reserve team is in the league below but for some reason my players are fined almost every game for a poor performance? Sometimes up to 5 players are fined? All very odd and of course they are all unhappy?

Sounds like a bug. Do you have a save for  @Jack Joyce @aligempf

Currently also playing an Ajax save and exactly the same happening to me. My harmony rating is at zero and the assistant / board mentions it every month.
