Chat Overrated Teams

has anyone experienced that a team is simply overrated.In one of my save chelsea is very overrated team. winning the league 8 out of 10 times till now.

Chelsea are always a force in most saves. They've got a good initial squad and are willing to spend a lot of money. Also goalkeepers. I think it's the most important position to lock down. I never like starting at a club with a good young goalkeeper.

In the Premier League especially, there are only really 2 top top world class young keepers, Courtois and De Gea. Anyone who have loaded the Premier League in FMM, Man U and Chelsea are likely to be the dominant forces right? For my Liverpool, it's me and Chelsea usually challenging for the title. Man U slipped to midtable for a few seasons for this particular save because Mourinho manage to fall out with De Gea and he left to AC Milan for peanuts (Yeah I tried signing him and almost did too).
