The loss to Sam was bad luck and misplays on my part. Thankfully I'll only be battling luck in this challenge so at least any screw ups won't be my fault haha.

Located 9 miles (14 km) east of the Welsh border, Shrewsbury serves as the commercial centre for Shropshire and mid-Wales

I have a lot of family there, used to visit all the time. Now only reason I seem to go there is for funeral's :(. Weather spoons by a Morrisons and a bridge? I remember that for some reason haha.

My personal verdict is that the save will corrupt halfway through ending the match up in an underwhelming tie

Having to pass the save over means I'm keeping a hard backup every seasons, if Prize is too we should be more than safe haha. Saying that make sure your auto update is off on FMM @PriZe! Only matter of time before they break the four up front and I'm not testing all this again!

Season One

The wait is finally over as today i will be posting season one of this epic quest! Unfortunately Prize's involvement in the later stages of the Challenge Cup resulted in some slight playing delays due to his priorities and what not which is to be understanded. Prize has claimed his trophy however and is now back to playing this which means i think we should be good to go, obviously with how long a season takes me and with Prize having his own saves to play we can't really give a time frame for these updates but hopefully they'll be frequent enough. Lastly i'd like to thank you all for the support the build up of this career has received as the views and banter has been top notch! Unfortunately i won't have anymore posting surprises to throw at you as this journey continues but who knows what the game could throw our way! Now let's crack on with the show!

In short anyone i didn't have a need for was sold, Modric could have stayed but he wasn't in my first team plans so that type of money for a player of his age was a no brainer. Benzema, Bale and Ronaldo were also available but i wasn't desperate to sell them as i knew their quality could be useful.

The squad has been assembled! The Italian central defender and the last three were added in January. I had issues with Varane's fitness during the first part of the challenge so i brought in some cover as Pepe wasn't really delivering while the last three were players i just wanted a closer look at. All in all a very young and exciting pool of players to pull from!

Goals conceded is a real issue but one that only appeared during the second half of the season. In the first half our rating was 0.85 goals per match, i'm not sure why it shot up so fast but it's something we'll have to keep an eye on.

A number of the challenges are looking iffy already but it's early days yet, i'm sure these will see some twists and turns over the coming seasons. We seem a long way away from our aims but we're closer than we were before we started so we just need to keep chipping away at them!
