Help Fc Twente Banned From European Football

Hi, I'm currently doing a career with FC Twente, to get them out of the struggles ( mostly with loaned and youth players).

I finished 3rd in the Eredivise, but I can't play European Football, because the rules of the Eredivisie say Twente is excluded. Will that change over the course of years?

It reflects real life and I'm very surprised it's implemented into the game. I surely hope it goes away after 3 years.

Interesting inclusion, out of interest why they banned? 

I like things like this but they worry me at the same time as it can be limiting. Say if transfer bans were added, that would suck.

FC Twente have had some financial issues last year. Hence why the KNVB decided to ban them from European Football. It wasn't a decision made by UEFA, but by our national FA.

It's limiting my career. I'm doing a story here on this forum to get FC Twente back in Europe. But this way I won't get very far...

Cheers, it impact anyone else banned? Someone should post a list of the banned clubs as could be useful. 

Was this information made clear at the start of the save? Or did you only find out after noticing you weren't qualified?

I found out after finishing third in the league and not being qualified. It wasn't stated when setting up the save. 
I'll try and figure out other banned teams.

That really sucks, information like that should be made clear at the start IMO. The point of FMM is to experiment so you're not likely to know such information.

I should've known.

A little background information : they were banned because of the fact that whey worked with Doyen Investment Group. A group which has been involved with many transfers in the past. But they pulled of a bit of a scam.

Twente are banned until 2019 from what I read.
