Chat Manager Of The Month Issues?

Hey all,

Is it just me or does manager of the month/year still seem hit or miss? I've won all matches in several months etc but yet manager of the month still goes to some 7th place team? Maybe i'm doing something wrong but just seems a bit odd!

Same here. Playing in Portugal I never win manager of the month but I do win manager of the year. Seems odd not being able to win the monthly award in 8 seasons.

Yeah, I've won manager of the year i think maybe once in 6 seasons. Considering i've finished top every season with great board confidence - I find it strange

14th place Watford just won manager of the month (3 wins in last 11 games)... 2 days after i just won the EFL cup and i'm top of the prem!? Runner up was 5th place Tottenham!
