Help Feeling the pressure of first team football?

Does anyone know how this affects the players game and when it will disappear? He played almost every game last season and the same this season. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That may be why, he is very young and playing every game. Drop him for a bit.

It means he may not perform to the best of his ability, even more so in big games as he is nervous.

I see, also dropped him for a game, it disappeared, but he won the WPOTY in that time as well though. Cheers for the help.
