Help I'm Unable To Accept Loan Offers

When I check the 'contract' section on their profiles, I see clubs have made offers, but they don't appear on the news section, so I have no way of loaning players 

Has anyone else experienced this?

I sometimes see this with transfer offers, they should either come through in a few days or not at all, but I'm unsure if it means they will come through during the transfer/loan window, that could be a possibility...
