Chat Scouting

I currently have 2 scouts with the bronze rating and in all the time they have been away scouting they have yet to provide any decent players for the first team. They always seem to come back with players who are not good enough . My youth scout also didn't find any gems or even anyone to take a punt on. Anyone got any advice as at the moment I seem to be doing their job and a much better one. I have tried advertising but only get a poor choice of candidate

Mate you have to sack them and the you can staff search ( new feature this season :)!

I have sacked them now and managed to replace them with 2 scouts with a silver reputation so I will see if the standard of scouting improves though my team building is more or less complete for this season.

Alright. From what I've experienced your scouts will pull players that your club's rep should reasonably be able to attract, with the depth of the report being governed by the skill level of the scout. Personally I use those as rough guides for prospects I can sign but of course you also have to look deeply at the player.
