Help Why can't I loan out my players?

Lately, when I start a new season, no one will loan my players out from my club. Like at all.

 

i play Spurs in the Premier League if that sheds any light on the issue.

This is a known bug and will hopefully be fixed in the next update

I guess I could put 'em in the reserves. 

 

Follow up question: do players get better in the reserves?
