Help Unable to loan players even with offers for them

Been managing Tranmere Rovers and when I put a player up for loan and offer them to clubs, when I go to the contract section it appears that clubs have made loan offers for the player - yet nothing in the news feed comes up to prompt me to accept the offer and therefore the players I want to loan out end up staying in my club/ 

Anyone had similar problems or know what I should do?

This is a noted bug and should be fixed in the next update.

 

Try putting them in the reserves.

Put them in the reserves, go to manager options and select that your assistant manager should loan out any players under 21, it won't loan all out but arguably more than whilst this bugs being fixed
