Help Does A Created Club unlock sugar daddy

Made my own team using the Create a club option (or whatever it's name is) , My Club is based in England and won Premier League 4 times , 6 FA Cups , 5 League Cups , 2 Europa League , 1 Champions League , 5 Community Shield's , 2 UEFA Super Cup , 1 FIFA Club World Cup all in 7 seasons with My Created club but still no sugar daddy, so Does anyone know if Created Club unlocks Sugar Daddy or maybe I'm doing something wrong

It likely has a high reputation so may need more European success.

So MyClub unlocks Sugar daddy? And the reputation of the club when i started the game was Regional

I cannot guarantee that to be honest but it just seems like 1 Champions League is low.
