Help Player didn't want to sign new contract.

I buy Gianluigi Donnarumma and now his contract is about to expired. He didn't want to sign a new contract since his contract still has another year and now the remainder of his contract is 2 months. What should I do?

p/s : If I knew this would happen, I would have sold it a year before his contract runs out.

Try selling some players to make up the funds for his contract, or maybe try selling him as quick as possible. Hope you find a way to get him to sign.

What is the reason why? Wanting too much money or doesn't believe the club can meet his demand or something else?

Sadly I don't think you can do much apart from just keep trying.

What club are you using? It might help if you attach a release clause - especially if his head's been turned by bigger clubs

It's likely his wage demands are higher than your wage budget, so it simply says he refuses to talk contracts. Like mcandrew said earlier, try to free up some funds, place them into your wage budget and if your limit is high enough, he might be willing to re-sign.

Is he in your starting line-up? It looks he is not satisfied with his status in team.
