Help Facilities

Would anyone happen to know how to upgrade my training/youth facilities or expand my stadium? I mean I know how but the "board" never allows it. How do I get them to do it or at least have a better chance of accepting my proposal?

As far as I can tell, winning things is the best way to get the board to do things.

Dang. I've taken this welling team from the VNS all the way to the Sky Bet 1 and my facilities are still both below average with a 5000 cap stadium :/

How did you go up each season?You should be able to get at least one upgrade/season assuming you surpassed board expectations

I got lucky with a signee. Signed him for 500k wages then turned around and sold him for 15 mill and bought some good players with the money.

I meant in terms of league positon/what did your board expect?

Like @KennyMiller27 said, when asked my expectations I chose one over what they except but not the highest (winners) I think it's easier to get approved when you exceed expectations rather than meet them. And make the club money
