Help I lose against the worst teams

I bought FMM 2017 for android.

I was managing the Dutch national team, İ was playing a friendly match against Kosovo  

I had 30 shots (27 on goal) and  Kosovo 3 shots (1 on goal). Kosovo won the match with 1-0

and Robben was in the starting lineup.

I don't know what I do wrong does somebody know what İ do wrong

I'm playing offensive 

cilessen plays as a goalkeeper

blind plays as a wingback 

de vrij and van dijk play as centre defenders 

janmaat plays as fullback

klaassen and strootman play as centre midfielders

Sneijder plays as a advanced playmaker

depay and robben play as inside forwards 

and van persie plays as a poacher

Ok, so I would say play both full backs as either Wing Backs or Full Backs, if you chose Full Backs, I would put your wide players as Wingers. With your 2 Midfield players, as you are playing offensive, maybe stick them as either an Advanced Playmaker, Box To Box Midfielder or a Ball Winning Midfielder. Below is a suggestion for a formation you could use with them Roles

WB CD BPD WB

AP/BBM BBM/BWM

IF AP IF

P 

Or, for a more defensive approach....

GK

FB CD BPD FB

BBM BWM/DLP

W AP W

P/AF

Sounds like you were London bussed. How were your results against other teams? If it was one-off, you shouldn't be too concerned. Observe what the AI is using and adapt from there.
