Got a iPhone and just upgraded to silver on here downloaded iZip pro on my iPhone 5 10.3.1 update and I've got the logo pack downloaded. How do the hell do I attach it to my football manager without a laptop? Really not a clue what do do

You cannot download any file directly on iOS as Apple doesn't allow you to access the necessary areas.

Do I have to download the stuff on my iPhone or directerly threw my computer and then put on my iPhone? Any instructions would be be helpful sir

You should find instructions on the downloads but a quick guide is:

Download on your PC, extract and plug in your device. Transfer the files through the iTunes sharing area.
