Help How to resign Balotelli?

I'm in my second season with Nice and cannot resign Balotelli because the max wage is lower than he wants. No matter how I adjust the budgets I can't get it high enough. Is there any way to fix this or am I stuck without him?

Nothing you can do in this case I don't believe. I believe his personality is very money driven.

Sometimes you can offer lower wages but offer him a bigger signing on fee to compensate for the lesser wage. If that fails you are out of luck

That makes him what, 28 now? I think in that case your best bet is to do well, win trophies, and get him to renew his contract at the start of the next season with an increased transfer/wage budget. But at his age he'll be very attractive as a free transfer for other clubs so odds aren't exactly in your favor.
