Chat Does the Reserves Generate Other Players?

Does the reserves feature only generate players from the country of the club? (E.g I've only seen English Reserve players in English teams)

Far as I've experienced,they haven't generated with different primary nationalities but they may spawn with second nationalities (I've pulled an ENG/AUT striker from Birmingham before)
