Hi Guys I'm going for my 3rd attempt at this, had a break, a little go at the Keane 30 goals challenge and now I'm ready to crack this and get my name on the Leaderboard.

So as I know who my first Team is in the N.Ireland League due to my other attempts...

           

So to start I kick off with a player already in my team and proven to score in this division...

    

So I know this can be a lengthy Stage 1 so off I go, lets see if my wisdom of testing different Tactics has paid off...

Update...

So I have completed my first Season and Completed the Stage, I knew Daniel Hughes was a top striker for this league and with my Tactics I have started to use he excelled as I thought...

Final Stats...

Normal end of season stuff like Winning the League and Year ending results...

Considering I did play a lot of reserves it was an excellent season for my first...

So my Update...

I have been basically whizzing through the seasons winning with ease, my best run was my last 2 seasons only loosing 2 games added together...

I then embarked on a little side project, amazed as you can guess that I got the Argentina job? what you say...

INT job like Argentina from managing Cliftonville??

Anyway, what is bizarre, I took the Argentina job, and a couple of months later this happened...

  

So I took the job as I needed to be getting on with Stage 2, they had played 21 games already so it was a simple build my team ready for the following season.

So this is where I took them over, played 21 - W6 - D8 - L7 (GF19 - GA26) and 26 Points...

So this is me, Stage 2 begins...

Great work on stage 1. I take it you didn't manage to improve on the 62 goals from the first season? 98 goals / 105 points is awesome work.

Scotland should be a breeze for you, get that team ready this season and you'll sail through.

Thanks @Idol your right I didn't improve on the 62, got in the 50's each season but just couldn't beat it, my first season is simply to finish it off with a good structure and to finish as high as I can to challenge in Season 2

Great going on the Argentina job as well dude, that can only help, and your in Scotland ready to kill it, the quicker you can get to Wales the better as that's the one you need to get done to give you time in England

Update...

So I have completed the first season in Stage 2 with Morton...

Didn't do to bad, the team I inherited wasn't the best and as usual I brought in a load of Reserves to help out, I did achieve a bonus...

The Scottish Cup in my first season is a good achievement...

So Season 2 Starts and who is going to get me through this and score those goals...

Yes the ever present Nahki Wells...

So my season begins, I didn't really have much money so transfers didn't really happen, plus I thought since I did so well the previous season I would mainly stick to the same team and see them mature even more and hopefully bring me success.

I again did well in all areas but lacked the strength against bigger sides, Celtic wiped the floor with me on both occasions, and eventually running off with the League title, but how did Season 2 of Stage 2 finally finish for me and how did Wells figure... well...

The League Table

2nd for Morton is a dream come true.

Who would of thought I could get Greenock Morton to second in the Scottish Premiership League after only one full season considering all the other senior teams, Rangers, Aberdeen etc, a dream come true for them literally and in Europe for the next season...

So 70 goals scored, but who scored them and did my man score enough to take me to Stage 3 already...

So the record for this stage...

Yes that's right I won the world cup also with Argentina...

A good 2-0 win against Holland clinched me a deserved World Cup trophy to add to my collection...

So I have taken a great leap, they are a new club to the Premier League and few players, they are a few games into the season, but with plenty of freebies and I'll have to promote some reserves to make a full squad, this will be a big challenge but lets see, season 1 starts now...

Update guys...

Well finished a season with Connah's Quay and I must say that this is still one of the hardest League's to Loan players, and get half decent Strikers to complete this Stage, but...

  Winners 2023/24 Season

 

What a first season winning the League first time around, for those who have played in this League or attempted this Challenge will know this is a very good first season, also though...

    

Yep, I won the JD Welsh Cup and the Nathaniel MG Cup also in my first Season at the club, so not bad start to this Stage 3...

So far everything has been a positive to this Stage 3, but the big question, and the most relevant question is how did my striker Rushton get on...

Not to well, obviously I had missed some games taking over them already a few games in, but he did well for me and he could be the one to break the record next season, but only time will tell...

So in my last update I had the dilemma of sticking with Rushton for another season, or choose between Riley or Akinde...

So John Akinde it is, I thought with his Pace, Strength and Ariel ability he might be able to pull off one more season before he retires for good...

My season began well, continuing my winning steak in the division (apologies I played that much I forgot to snap some more screenshots through the season)

I got through to the European Champions Cup Group Stages, and this is who I was drawn against...

I can report a screen shot to show you the outcome was not required seeming as I basically lost every game but 1, which I drew against Brondby IF at home...

So that was that, Europe over, but I had the League and the goal Record to think about...

Final League Table...

Another winning Season for me, only loosing 3 games all season and lowest GA was a true bonus...

Took all the prizes for the Season, Player, youngest player and Manager of the year...

For a guy who played a whole season at 35 years old deserved to break the record, but did he...

I offered him to not retire, but as you can guess, and fully accepted that he would bow out maybe as a true legend to the Welsh Premier League for EVER...
