Chat Request for a very quick changes.txt

Hi all. This is a request for help with a changes.txt please. For some reason, any additions I make with accented letters don't work out for me. So I would be really grateful if one of you excellent people who can get accents to work could the text below into a new changes.txt and post it up in here. Happy to help anyone else out who would like to know more about changes.txt files.

Just a quick check on this.

Give this one a go. I've not tested it myself, but it uses a different type of encoding on the file that might work. Let me know!
