Expectations

Winners - £4.6m To Spend - £983,000 For Wages

Continental Qualification - £4m To Spend - £855,000 For Wages

The board is expecting you to achieve Continental Qualification

Squad

Goalkeepers:

Tim Howard - Best keeper at the club and isn't too old so he is worth keeping and there is no need to replace him.

Jan Mucha - A keeper who is good enough for the Premier League, but isn't good enough for Everton. Put him on intensive training until January or Next year and sell him.

Iain Turner - Sell him to a championship side and bring in a good back-up for Howard

Defenders

Leighton Baines - He will be the left back for some while. Keep him.

Phil Neville - He will be your first choice right back for the first season but Coleman will take over when he's past it.

Tony Hibbert - Decent right back who is good cover but he will not make it in to your strongest 11.

Seamus Coleman - Will grow into a quality full-back, can also play right mid.

Silvain Distin - A great centre back who still has alot to offer.

John Heitinga - A good centre back who can also play right back and DMC.

Phil Jagielka - Still young for a centre back and has all the qualities to start for you.

Jack Rodwell - Wow. He's only 19? Keep him forever. You can play him either centre back or DMC but he is worth keeping.

Shane Duffy - Will be a good back up, nothing more though.

Shkodran Mustafi - Sell him in a few seasons as he will be worth more.

Midfielders

Mikael Arteta - The best Central Midfielder. He is an important player and he is also dangerous from Set-Pieces.

Tim Cahill - This fine midfielder will score alot so play him. Is getting on a bit but he is a very influencial figure for Everton.

Leon Osman - Never managed to become a star but he is a good player and depending on injuries and form he will be either a back-up or a starter.

Diniyar Bilyaletdinov - A very good right mid who will provide good crosses.

Marouane Fellaini - A very good DMC who should be a regular.

Hope Akpan - Look to sell him as he will not grow into a player worthy of starting.

Araz Abdullayev - Has good passing but will never be anything special.

James Wallace - Has decent stats and may become a starter if you train him right. Plus, he's English.

Nathan Craig - Not so good.

Attackers

Louis Saha - is the best Striker but has a tendency to get injured.

Yakubu - For some reason he is on loan at Leicester, you should recall him as he will start.

Jermaine Beckford - Not good enough, you can get 2 or 3 million for him though.

Victor Anichebe - Has good Mental and Physical stats but he is also not good enough.

Apostolos Vellios - Good striker. Keep him.

Jose Baxter - Should be a starter in his prime.

Keiran Agard - Will develop into championship quality so he is not needed.

James Vaughan - Will make good back up.

Magaye Gueye - Will turn into a Salomon Kalou type player, got the talent but never really shows it.

Possible Transfers

Tom De Sutter (SC) Anderlecht

He will convert all those corners and crosses and is quite cheap for his standard.

Adem Ljajic (AM RLC) Fiorentina

He is very young and definitely better than Osman, he is not so cheap though.

Alex Chamberlain (AM/F RLC) Southampton

He may not be Premiership standard in his first year, but by the age of 19 he should start.

Hulk (AM/F RLC) Porto

He is not cheap but he is a very good player.

Mamadou Sakho (D LC) PSG

He will replace Distin over time.

Miles Addison (D/DM C)

Highly rated CB who could turn out to be vital.

Diego Benaglio (GK) Wolfsburg

A very good goalkeeper who will probably start ahead of Howard.

Alex Smithies (GK) Huddersfield

A very good young keeper who is quite cheap for his quality.

Recommended Formation - 442 - No Transfers

GK - Howard

DL - Baines

DR - Neville/Coleman

DC - Distin

DC - Jagielka

ML - Bilyaletdinov

MR - Osman

MC - Arteta

MC - Cahill

SC - Saha

SC - Yakubu

Recommended Formation - 442 - With Transfers

GK - Benaglio

DL - Baines

DR - Neville/Coleman

DC - Distin

DC - Jagielka

ML - Bilyaletdinov

MR - Ljajic

MC - Arteta

MC - Cahill

SC - Hulk

SC - De Sutter

Why to use 4-4-2:

This formation is a good mix of goals and a solid defence. Allow Coleman and Baines to get the Crosses while your 2 wide mids can cut inside. Balanced away and Attacking at home.

Other Formation - 4132 - No Transfers

GK - Howard

DL - Baines

DR - Coleman

DC - Distin

DC - Jagielka

DMC - Fellaini/Rodwell

MC - Arteta

MC - Cahill

MC - Bilyetdinov

SC - Yakubu

SC - Saha

Other Formation - 4132 - With Transfers

GK - Benaglio

DL - Baines

DR - Coleman

DC - Distin

DC - Jagielka

DMC - Fellaini/Rodwell

MC - Arteta

MC - Cahill

MC - Ljajic

SC - De Sutter

SC - Hulk

Why to use 4-1-3-2:

This formation allows you to use either Rodwell or Fellaini in their proper position. Make sure to make the full-backs get plenty of crosses in. Use a balanced style away from home and an Attacking style while in Goodison.

Summary:

What you should aim for:

Everton are a top 6 club. You should aim for a top 5 finish but top 4 is a real possibility. Make sure to get at least one new striker. Your top players should be Jagielka, Howard, Cahill and Arteta. Make Goodison a fortress and don't be afraid of the big teams.

Nice guide, the only thing is say why you would pick that formation and also what you recommend you choose to achieve in the first season. Apart from that a solid guide which just needs bulking up but that comes in time, good work.

Very nice! But never ever use yellow again - it's very unreadable over the white background showed in the mobile devices.

As the backgrounds are always of light colour in Vibe, you should normally pick dark colours for the text. And I also think that the original font size has the best compromise between size and readability, so avoid using smaller text.

But again, nice job :)
